Our Resources / Recruitment Process:
- International Database Searches - Candidates are continuously updated and refreshed on a daily basis.
- A shortlist will be produced based on skill verification, with feedback given to the client.
- Suitable candidates are thoroughly interviewed.
- A minimum of one reference will be conducted on request. Where specifically requested or required a Credit and a Criminal Check will be performed.
- A Standardised formatted C.V submitted to client.
- On scheduling of interviews, a confirmation of the date and time of the interview will be submitted electronically.
- On successful placement of the candidate, regular follow-ups will be performed to ensure that both the client and candidate satisfaction.
